PNC - Vision Through active scholarship, culture knowledge development and information sharing will be promoted. Information technology will be no more obtrusive than printed books or telephones. The Pacific Rims libraries, archives, and Museums in all languages will be available to anyone, anywhere. Expert know-how will be available to all.
