These will promote the property prices along the metro, the impact on the subway also involves the government, real estate developers and home buyers, and many other stakeholders. Therefore, the study of the subway not only has some theoretical value, but also has great practical significance. Based on the literature review and theoretical analysis, using the hedonic price, we empirical analysis the impact of Wuhan Metro Line 2 to the along house prices.
