Methods: To major medical first affiliated hospital of Nanjing as an example, this paper adopts clinical data integration platform technology construction, integrating hospital existing business system. Results: Our clinical data integration platform to integrate the EMR and HIS, LIS, PACS business system, such as the construction of the main index to patients as the main line of scientific research platform, to realize the traceability, can inquire the patient the doctors advice. Conclusion: Through clinical data integration platform construction, can effectively solve the asymmetric information sharing between various business systems in our present situation, to further promote the development of the hospital medical treatment information, provides medical information field with some practical experienc
