The quality of its development is directly related to the development of national industry. With the development of Chinese electromechanical industry, progress of technology and equipment, the deepening of the concept of people-oriented, the human factor has become one of the most important factors in electromechanical installation industry healthy development. The vast majority of quality and safety accidents can be attributed to human error, and the managers of the enterprise lack clear understanding on the roots of human error. Therefore, this paper studies human error influence factors of the construction phase on the electromechanical installation engineering. As a research direction of human factors engineering, this paper, starting from analyzing the causes of human errors produced by the three aspects of human, machine, environment, designing the test of the effects of physiological fatigue on attention concentration, the test data are analyzed with SPSS software. The results show that physiological fatigue will seriously affect peoples attention concentration, and compared to the normal state, attention successful time value is decreased by 0.36% and the times of failure is increased by 166.91% in the state of fatigue. Secondly, the paper carries out in-depth analysis on the human error influencing factors in the construction phase of the electromechanical installation engineering. Based on the characteristics of influencing factors’ information, it analyzes the correlation between the various influencing factors and human error by using the method of grey correlation analysis, and the analysis results show that the organization and management, the design of technical solutions and c
