PAGE PAGE I 毕 业 论 文 2011 届 小学初任教师课堂管理行为的不良 倾向及矫正 摘 要 国内外各项研究均表明,高质量的教师是提高学校教育质量的关键,课堂效率是教师质量评估的主要依据,良好的课堂管理能力是教师实现有效教学的重要保障。而小学教育专业建设和教师专业发展显示出,小学教师的课堂管理能力恰恰是最需要提升的,也是影响整个小学教育质量最核心的因素,在教师的培养中具有举足轻重的地位。 特别是对于刚入职一至三年——正处于教师专业成长的关键期的初任教师(beginning teacher new teacher ,1-3年的新教师)来说,课堂管理能力的提升对初任教师个人的可持续发展更具深远的意义。本课题通过对小学初任教师课堂管理行为进行实际的调查研究,揭示现阶段小学初任教师课堂管理中的普遍状态,力求从课堂管理制度、课堂问题行为处理方式、课堂管理效果与质量、教师心理环境等方面进行全面探究,构建以学生为中心的积极向上、健康、和谐的课堂学习环境,激发学生学习动机,改进新教师的教学方法和课堂管理方式,学会制定行之有效的课堂规则和程序,培养教师良好的自我控制、自我管理等能力,实现课堂管理最大效能,促进学生全面、充分、和谐地发展,从而在真正意义上提升初任教师课堂管理能力,最终提高教育教学质量。 关键词 课堂管理行为;小学;初任教师 Bad tendency and correction of beginning teachers in primary schools conduct classroom management ABSTRACT Various studies have shown that both at home and abroad, high-quality teachers is the key to t improve the quality of school education.and the quality of classroom teachers to assess the efficiency of the main basis for good classroom management ability of teachers to achieve an important guarantee for effective teaching.
