In this paper, on the basis of theoretical research results and practical trmmng experience attained from many companies, the author analyzes the overall conditions of Shandong Sales Company of Petro China Company Limited,such as human resources condition, staff training condition. And the author detailedly analyzes many methods, problems, the flow chart of staff training and the assistant measures.The paper offers a suit of efifective,scientist and standardized model for Sales Company of Petro China Company Limited,which will provide assistance for Shandong Sales Company of Petro China Company Limiteds further improvement. The papers main innovation of researching is: according to the study aad research findings, based on the human resources and the reality of Shandong Sales Company of Petro China Company Limited, the author designs a suit of operative, practicability and feasibility staff training project and the flow chart of staff training for Shandong Sales Company of Petro China Company Limited.
