南榮學報第十九期 中華民國 105 年5月 Journal of Nan Jeon, Vol. 19, 2016 探析結構構件牙條對傳統榫卯結構 家具穩固 性的影響-以插肩榫案為例 Influences of Stretchers on the Stability of the Traditional Furnitures with Mortise-Tenon Joints-Using a Recessed-Leg Table with Chajiansun Joints as an Example 陳冠州 Kuan-Chou Chen 南榮科技大學機械系 Department of Mechanical Engineering Nan-Jeon University of Science and Technology Tainan, Taiwan 730, R.O.C. 摘要 本研究旨在探討傳統榫卯結構體的輔助構件牙條傳統家具專( 業術語 ：連結腿足的構件) ，對 插肩榫案結構穩定性的影響。首先根據傳統家具榫卯結構體 接合的方式，針對插肩榫案結構體 進行解構，並以電腦繪圖軟體將家具構件數位化重建 ，再運用幾何元素細實線條代表榫卯構件 和 以空心圓表示連結構件的榫卯接點，根據構件之間相互連結的拓樸幾何關係，建立 了榫卯結 構體構件排列連結的拓樸構造圖，根據判定榫卯結構體穩固性的程序，採用拘束方程式計算插 肩榫案結構體的拘束度，再以榫卯結構體拘束度做為判定結構體穩固性的量化指標。最後依據 結構體拘束度的運算結果，分析了榫卯結構體的輔助構件牙條對插肩榫案結構穩固 性的影響， 這些分析比對的結果 ，應可提供研究傳統榫 卯結構形制研究者與新式榫卯結構設計者的參考依 據。 關鍵字： 牙條，穩定性，插肩榫案 Abstract The purpose of this paper is to study the influences of stretchers on the stability of recessed-leg table with chajiansun joints. To depict topographically geometrical relations among parts of construction in different ages, the real lines and hollow circles are considered to be members of construction and mortise-tenon joints, respectively. To utilize simple geometrical elements such as lines and circles, the topographical construction diagrams are developed to simulate the arrangements of parts of construction with chajiansun joints.
