攀枝花学院专科毕业论文 [带式运输机的维护与维修] 学生姓名： 李维杰 学生学号： 200821205024 院（系）： 工程技术学院 年级专业： 08机电一体化 指导教师： 王东波 助理指导教师： 王东波 讲师 二〇一一年六月 攀枝花学院专科毕业设计 摘要 Ⅰ 摘 要 本文对带式输送机输送物料系统皮带跑偏、皮带输送机撒料、异常噪声、减速器的断轴进行分析，以及提出相应的处理。并且提出如何做好日常保养的方法。带式运输机跑偏的原因有多种，需根据不同的原因区别处理。皮带输送机的撒料是一个共性的问题，原因也是多方面的。皮带运输机运行时，引起异常噪声的原因是其驱动装置、驱动滚筒和改向滚筒以及托辊组不能正常工作。应根据异常噪声判断设备的故障，针对故障进行处理。减速器断轴常发生在减速器输入轴上。发生断轴主要有两个原因：一是减速器输入轴设计强度不够，二是电机输出轴与减速器输入轴不同心时会使减速器输入轴增加径向载荷。所有皮带机的安装和调整按照地质参数和图纸进行。 关键词 带式输送机，胶带跑偏，撒料，保养 攀枝花学院专科毕业设计 ABSTRACT Ⅱ ABSTRACT This paper belt conveyor belt conveying material system running deviation, belt conveyor and material, abnormal noise, gear reducer is analyzed, and the broken shaft to put forward the corresponding processing. Rubber belt conveyor runtime, cause abnormal noise of reason is the driving device, drive roller and redirection roller and roller group cant work normally. Should according to abnormal noise judgment equipment fault, aimed at fault for processing. Reducer broken axle often happen in the reducer input shaft. Happen broken axle there are two main reasons why: one is the reducer input shaft design strength is insufficient, 2 it is motor output shaft and reducer input shaft different heart worsened reducer input shaft increase radial load.
