摘 要 随着经济全球化和信息技术与信息产业的迅猛发展，网络日益成为国际贸易的重要手段。网络的兴起是国际贸易领域里一场深刻的商业革命。 作为一种全新的经济运作模式，电子商务显示出了强大的生命力，在全球呈现竞相发展的态势，对世界经济格局和贸易体制的变化产生了深刻影响，有力的促进了国际贸易无纸化进程[1]。 网络使生产者与消费者之间直接沟通成为可能，也改变了消费者的消费习惯。为了适应这一变化，生产者就要实现扁平化的产品流通渠道，摆脱对中间商的依赖，于是贸易中间商的处境变得越发困难起来，甚至有人提出了贸易中间商消亡论。 本文正是基于这种网络环境，对中间商的发展进行了相关研究，深入分析了网络环境对中间商的影响以及中间商存在的必要性。并以宁波亚虎进出口有限公司为具体实例，进行实证分析，对贸易中间商的发展具有一定的指导作用[2]。 关键词：国际贸易；贸易中间商；网络时代；出路 Abstract With the economic globalization and rapid development of the information technology and industry, electronic commerce has become a more and more important mean of international trade. As a new economic mode, Electronic commerce shows strong vitality. Competing in the global development trend, it has had a profound impact on the changes in the world economic pattern and trade system, promoting the international trade paperless process. Network is a direct communication between producers and consumers, but also changed the consumer spending habits. In order to adapt to this change, the producers achieve flat products distribution channels, get rid of dependence on intermediaries, and intermediaries are becoming more and more difficult, and even some people proposed the demise of intermediaries. This paper is based on the network environment, the development of the middle business, analysing the necessity of the existence in the network environment for brokers and intermediaries. Taking Ningbo Homedollar Imp. Exp. Co. Ltd as an example, using empirical analysis, this paper has certain instruction function to the development of the intermediate business.
