摘 要 小区信息管理工作流程的特征为工作繁杂化、多样化、管理复杂化、收缴费用与设备维护繁琐化。如今计算机技术突飞猛进，已完全能替代手工物业管理工作，而且更加准确、方便、快捷、高效、清晰、透明，它完全可以克服手工的缺点。这将给业务查询和管理带来很大的方便，大大提高物业管理工作的效率，这也是物业管理数字化、信息化的重要体现。 本文通过用VB 6.0开发工具编写小区信息管理系统，使用Access 2007建立后台数据库，研究了VB面向对象、可视化的特点，利用软件工程原理，采用生命周期方法学，开发了主要包括后台数据库的建立和维护以及前端应用程序开发的两个方面，实现了小区信息数据库的创建及各种费用的收取、统计、汇总。软件设计还实现对小区住户、楼盘等信息的智能化管理，可以提高物业管理的效率。本系统界面设计大方、简洁、实用，操作简单方便,是一款完全适合普通小区物业日常事务管理的软件。 关键词：小区信息管理 ；数据库 ；统计；汇总 Community Information Management System Community information management’s workflow features is work multifarious and diversification ,complication of management, collection costs and equipment maintenance trival. Now computer technology by leaps and bounds has been can completely replace manual property management work, and it is more accurate, convenient, fast, efficient, clear and transparent, it can get rid of disadvantages of manual completely. This will bring great convenience to business query and management and greatly improve the efficiency of property management work, this is also the important of digital and information-based property management. It is written in VB 6.0 development to write community information management system in this paper, using Access 2007 establishing background database, studied the features of the VB’s object oriented and visualization, using the software engineering principle, using the life cycle methodology, the development mainly includes two aspects of the backstage database’s establishment and maintenance, and development of front-end application, realized the community information database’s creation and the collection, statistics, summary of various fees. Software design also realize the information of the intelligent management of village resident and buildings etc. It can improve the efficiency of property management. This system interface design generous, simple, practical, simple and convenient operation which is a software of completely suitable for ordinary residential property daily affairs management. Keyw
