摘 要 随着公路客运业的高速发展，信息技术对客运管理行业的支撑作用越来越明 显，传统的人工管理模式已无法满足公路客运发展的要求，经济的高速发展对交 通运输企业提出了新的更高要求。目前，国内外企业相继加大了对客运联网售票 系统的研发和投入，但他们在系统的标准化、可扩充性等方面存在或多或少的不 足。为了一个统一规划，统一标准，具有高度可靠性和可扩充性的现代企业管理 系统，通过无线网络实现运管部门、运输企业、车站等相关部门的协同工作，最 大限度的提高服务质量。论文主要做了以下研究：原先的《公路客运票务信息服 务系统》通过无线网络增加手持终端实时读取IC 卡、实时检票、实时打印结算 单等新的功能，适用社会发展和人民群众的便捷出行，提高车站的社会效益和经 济效益。 实行《手持终端无线移动检票系统》检票系统，充分结合、利用现有的《公 路客运票务信息服务系统》，实行终端读取IC 卡报班信息，提高读取报班信息的 准确性；实时检票，提高旅客出行便捷化及检票效率；实时打印结算单，提高结 算的准确性。 论文主要由方案设计、硬件设计、软件设计部分组成。全文以手持终端无线 移动检票系统的设计思想为主线开展讲述，设计了射频卡读取、条码读取、无线 网络数据交互、实时检票、实时打印结算单的设计思路。 关键词：射频；条码；无线网络；打印； II 万方数据 ABSTRACT With the booming of the highway passenger transport, the information technology has the mort and more important supporting role. The traditional labor management mode could not satisfy the requirement of the development of the passenger transport; there is more demand of the transport industry from the economic booming. At present, the research and investment input for the system of passenger ticket on internet are in a good time all over the world. But there are still shortage of the system standard and expandability. In order to fulfill a nice system for the management system with the unified planning, standard, expandability and stability, which can been cooperated by the transport management department, transport companies, the stations in wifi, and all of the branches can improve the service qualities.
