带产品计数功能的皮带运输机设计.doc

PAGE II 摘要 在现代工业生产过程中，皮带运输机广泛用于冶金、煤炭、农业、水电、交通等部门，它结构简单、使用方便、维修容易、运输量大、动力消耗小、节省人力、运费低廉，已成为现代重要的运输手段。本文以流水线生产为背景，设计了一种流水线生产中用于成件产品下线用的皮带运输机，其中主要包括输送带型号的选择、带的输送能力及张力的计算，传动滚筒轴功率的计算和型号选择，改向滚筒的型号选择，托辊型号的选择及输送成件产品时托辊间距的确定，驱动装置即电动机、联轴器和减速器的计算和型号选择，另外综合流水线生产的特点，为了减小人力，减少产品计数出错，设计了一款以AT89S51单片机为核心的产品自动计数器，主要包括光电传感器的选择、检测电路的设计、单片机控制的数码管显示电路的设计以及给整个电路供电的电源电路的设计，整体设计结构简洁、紧凑，电路简单易懂且便于控制和维修。 关键词 流水线；皮带运输机；单片机；自动计数 Abstract In modern industrial production process, belt conveyor is widely used in metallurgy, coal, agriculture, utilities, transportation and other sectors. It has become the important means of modern transport due to that it is simple, easy to use, easy maintenance, transport capacity, small power consumption, labor-saving, low shipping costs. In this paper, the background of the production line, designed a production line into items for offline use of belt conveyor, which includes the choice of conveyor type with a transmission capacity and tension calculation, the calculation of power transmission roller shaft and model selection, model selection bend conveyor, roller conveyor into a model of choice and pieces of product to determine the distance between rollers, drive the motor, coupling and reducer calculation and model selection, while an integrated production line characteristics, in order to reduce manpower, reduce product counting error, designed a microcontroller core with AT89S51 automatic counter products, including the choice of optical sensors, detection circuit design, microprocessor-controlled digital display circuit design and to the entire circuit power supply circuit design, overall design structure is simple, compact, easy to understand and easy to control circuitry and maintenance.
