PAGE PAGE II UNIVERSITY 本 科 毕 业 设 计 题目：双螺旋冷轧茶油专用榨油机设计与研究 学 院：工学院 姓 名： 学 号： 专 业：机械设计制造及其自动化 年 级： 指导教师： 职 称： 二0一二年 五 月 摘要 当前食用油制油技术很多,有机械压榨法、溶剂浸出、压榨与溶剂浸提相结合法、水剂法、超临界流体萃取法等。其中运用最普遍的是压榨法和溶剂浸提法。随着科学技术的不断发展以及人们生活水平的不断提高,但压榨法和溶剂浸提法有许多不足之处，所以人们正在寻找一种新型的榨油技术，因此冷榨制油技术走进人们的视野。冷榨制油技术以其特有的优势在特种油料(如橄榄油、芝麻油和茶籽油等)的加工领域越来越受到人们的重视。本文介绍了茶油的一些重要价值和加工发展状况以及双螺旋冷轧榨油机的研制过程和主要结构、性能和特点。该榨油机的设计的处理量为10t /d，在油料不经蒸炒情况下两次压榨饼粕残油率为10%左右。 关键词: 茶油 ；双螺旋；冷轧；榨油机 Abstract The technology of producting oil on cooking oil have many at current,such as method of mechanical squeezing 、method of solvent extraction 、and combined squeezing with solvent extraction、Agent method 、Supercritical fluid extraction and so on.The most common of producting oil are squeezing and solvent extraction. With the development of science and technology and people living standard rise ceaselessly ,But squeezing method and the formulation of leaching solvent has many shortcomings, so people are looking for a new type of press technology ,Cold pressing oil technology are more and more attented by people rely on special advantage at special oil grain(such as olive oil 、sesame oil、camellia oil ) in processing the field .This paper introduces some importance value and processing development status、the development process of double helix oil press and the main struture 、performance 、characteristcs.The treatment capacity of this oil press design is about 10t/d，The cypress bread residual oil rate is about 10% through two Squeezing in the oilgrain no cooking situation.
