万方数据 万方数据 摘 要 积极心理学是 20 世纪 90 年代末兴起的一场心理学运动，主要关注积极情绪体 验、积极人格及积极的组织系统，致力于发展人的积极潜能和美德。积极心理学中 注重人文关怀、主观幸福感和个体性功能等要素与大学生思想政治教育有着契合之 处，它所倡导的积极教育理念以及积极情感体验、积极组织系统、积极心理辅导等 方法，对于完善我国大学生思想政治教育理念，改进和充实我国大学生思想政治教 育方法，具有重要的借鉴意义。 本文以积极心理学视角下的大学生思想政治教育为研究主题，首先，探讨研究 背景及意义，归纳分析国内外学者关于积极心理学及对大学生思想政治教育启示的 研究成果；然后，对积极心理学进行阐述，并探讨了它与大学生思想政治教育的契 合之处，重点分析了积极心理学视角下大学生思想政治教育的现状；最后，提出了 积极心理学对大学生思想政治教育的启示与运用。 关键词：大学生；思想政治教育；积极心理学；启示 I Abstract Positive Psychology is a rise in the end of the 20 actual psychology movement, which focuses on human emotions and experiences, positive personality traits, and positive organizational systems, and which discovers and nurtures the positive potential and virtue of human. At the same time, positive psychology concerns the humanistic care, subjective well-being, and individual features which ideological and political education has been concerned. Besides, the concept of positive education and the methods of positive emotional experience, actively organizational system, and positive psychological counseling, advocated by Positive Psychology, provide an insight and vital reference for the development of the ideas and methods of the ideological and political education for Chinese undergraduate. The theme of the paper is on political and ideological education of university students in the perspective of Positive Psychology. Firstly, investigate the background and significance of the study and summarize the research achievements about Positive Psychology and the enlightenment from Positive Psychology in the ideological and political education for Chinese undergraduate. Then, the paper expounds the positive psychology and discusses the conjunction of the positive psychology and the ideological and political education. At last and most importantly, the paper puts forward that the positive psychology can throw light and apply on ideological and political education.
