April 19, 2008 --------A.E 封内名称和地址 通常写在信纸的左边,低于日期二至四行。也有打在信末尾左边的,在签字下面二至四行。 称呼 常用:Sirs, Dear Sirs, Gentlemen Sirs ----- 比较正式的礼貌称呼,通常用于公文中。 Dear Sirs ------用于称呼公司,英国人习惯用此称呼,而且在后面用“,” Gentlemen------美国多用此称呼公司名, 但必须是复数,后面用“:” Madames, Ladies-------致妇女所在公司,社团的书信 Dear Sir------- 信内收信人只有职称,如the manager而没有姓, 则称谓用单数sir,即Dear Sir。 Sir不能单用,必须加 Dear。如果有姓名
