phase fo g as ch om atog aphy. The g as ch om atog aphy of the so lgel column show ed ex cellent sepa ation of va ious com
pounds, inc luding nonpola and po la compounds, such as a lkanes, a om atic hyd oca bons, alcoho ls, am ines, ca boxy l
ic ac ids, phenols, este s e tc. Good epeatab ility and low baseline indicated ex cellent the m ostab ility. Sha p and na ow
peaks and the theo etica l plate num be ( 2 802 /m ) ind icated good co lumn effic iency. Symm et ic peaks and the va lue of
asymm e t ic fac to show ed good ine tness of the column.
