中国科技论文在线 城市火灾应急物资库优化布局研究—以青 岛市为例# 陈鹏，张立峰，孙滢悦** 5 （吉林师范大学旅游与地理科学学院，吉林四平 136000） 摘要：随着各种灾害和突发事件的频发发生，如何进行快速、有效的应急处置成为目前研究热点问题。其 中，应急物资库优化布局研究是灾害应急管理中的重要环节。以青岛市区为研究示范区，首先，依据应急 物资库选址原则为标准确定选址适宜区及备选点；其次，利用集合覆盖模型在应急物资库备选点中确定最 10 佳应急物资库建设数量。优化布局结果为：市级应急物资库18 个才能满足基本物资调配需要。优化布局结 果可为青岛市政府部门防灾减灾提供决策依据。 关键词：城市火灾；应急物资库；优化布局；青岛市 中图分类号：X45 15 City fire emergency materials library layout optimization research—A Case Study of Qing Dao City CHEN Peng, ZHANG Lifeng, SUN Yingyue (College of Geography and Tourism, Jilin Normal University , Siping, Jilin 136000) Abstract : with the development of various disasters and emergencies frequently occur, how to make a 20 quick, effective emergency management has become the research hot issues. Ultimately determine the Qingdao city emergency materials library layout optimization results as follows: the municipal emergency materials library18to meet the basic needs of the allocation of materials.
