PAGE PAGE 1 大学生自我职业生涯规划探析 摘 要 职业规划是人力资源管理领域的重要课题之一，职业规划是个人发展的主体需要，一个人要成就一番事业就必须有对自身清醒的认识和明确的人生规划；同时个体的职业规划又是整体社会发展的客观要求，大学生是社会构成的特殊群体，更是推动社会进步的生力军，这一群体是否有明确的职业生涯规划，能否在激烈的社会竞争中找到合适的位置贡献自己的力量，具有非常重要的现实意义。而我国针对大学生的职业规划教育和研究才刚刚起步，在机构和服务上都远远满足不了需求，所以大学生提高自我职业规划意识，积极的进行自己的人生规划是很有必要也是迫在眉睫的。以下论述在导师悉心的指导下，相应借鉴文献资料结合心理测评工具，提出了适合大学生提高自我认知，合理规划职业生涯的理论方法和建议，希望能给当前大学生在职业生涯规划应用方面提供些许帮助。 关键词：大学生 自我认知 职业生涯规划 ABSTRACT Career planning is an important research project of the human resources management topic area， career planning is one person development needs，a person to a career，you must have a clear and definite life planning，While the individual career planning is the objective requirement of the development of the whole society. college students are special social group， and they are the main force of the social progress，this group have clear career planning，whether in the fierce competition in the society to find a suitable location to contribute their strength，has very important practical significance.
