河南理工大学本科毕业设计 PAGE PAGE 34 耿村煤矿东区瓦斯抽放设计 摘要：我国煤矿多为井工开采，瓦斯灾害严重。近年来，随着煤炭生产规模的扩大和开采深度的延伸，一次死亡10人以上的煤矿瓦斯事故起数和死亡人数，均占同类事故的80%以上。我国煤矿瓦斯灾害虽然严重，但瓦斯事故的发生是有规律可循的，也是可以预防和治理的。建国以来，在党和政府的领导下，我们在煤矿瓦斯治理方面做了大量工作，取得了一定的成效，也积累了比较丰富的经验。在2001年国家煤矿安全监察局总结提出了“先抽后采、监测监控、以风定产”十二字方针。 瓦斯抽放是解决我国煤矿瓦斯问题的根本途径采取抽放措施，将富含于煤层中的瓦斯抽放出来，是解除瓦斯事故威胁、保障煤矿安全最为有效的措施。瓦斯主要成分为甲烷（CH4），纯瓦斯的热值大于33000kJ/m3，与常规天然气相当，是一种洁净的能源。瓦斯的抽放利用，极大地促进了企业开展瓦斯抽放工作的积极性，不仅有效地缓解了矿井瓦斯灾害，有效地改善了煤矿的安全生产条件，同时还解决了部分就业问题、取得了良好的经济效益、社会和环境效益。 关键词： 煤矿开采 瓦斯 瓦斯治理 瓦斯抽放 East the Geng village coal mine the area gas pulls out puts thedesign Abstract ：Our country coal mine many for well labor mining, the gas disaster isserious.
