The sem-i quantitative analysis of dynamic groundwater balance show s the change of quantity of groundwater is the direct driving force of negative environ- mental impacts. The results f orm the bases for quantitative and comprehensive exploitation of w ater resources as well as the prevention of negative environmental impacts in Manasi river basin.
