Seism ological Bureau of Fujian Province, Fuzhou 3 0003, China) Abstract: In this paper, the severe earthquake disaster situation in Ch ina is introduced, and the urgent needs to es- tablish the technique criterion system of post-earthquake field is discussed. The definition of earthquake emergen- cy, post-earthquake field emergency and post-earthquake field em ergency comm and asw ell as their relationsh ip are explained, the standard ization about the post-earthquake field emergency command system and information manage- ment system techn ique criterion is put forw ard. It is expected that th is standardization can norm alize the techn ical behavior of post-earthquake field w ork, enhance the efficiency of post-earthquake field w ork, alleviate the loss of earthquake d isaster andm aintain the social stab ility of d isaster area.
