Tourism e-commerce is ushered in an unprecedented rapid development. Through the study of user experience to find shortcomings and deficiencies so that to improve the Tourism e-commerce is the fundamental goal of user experience design. Through the definition, classification, characteristics, data analysis of Tourism e- commerce,draw the conclusion that users attitude are significant difference when use Tourism e-commerce in different stages or use Tourism e-commerce by different equipment. By analyzing the Internet, e-commerce, tourism products which are the three levels of Tourism e-commerce, obtained 27 factors of Tourism e-commerce website user experience. Based on the analysis results designed an improved comprehensive user experience evaluation method based on AHP and triangular fuzzy numbers method. First, establish a hierarchical structure of user experience for the entire evaluation model. Then, adjust 27 elements of user experience for 8 different using backgrounds and ultimately determine the user experience evaluation factors. Based on user research data to determine weights of the eight different kinds of using background, and finally get weights set L. For different evaluation factors based on fuzzy, use triangular fuzzy numbers method to determine the weighting factor as quantitative set. According to network data, determine Tourism e- commerce website user experience to obtain user feedback by questionnaire method, and draw sample distribution. Finally base on the user feedback devise overall, horizontal, vertical and cross four kinds of calculation methods and pointed out the significance of the four calculation method.
