一位國小藝術教育背景校長行政領導風格探究

摘要
本研究旨在深入探究余校長個人成長背景經歷以及行政領導風格。本研究採個案研
究的方式,以質性研究的參與觀察、訪談、文件資料蒐集為主,佐以自編問卷作為施測
工具,蒐集其他佐證之量化資料。經由訪談、各項會議觀察及重要工作討論等,蒐集各
原始資料交互驗證,進行分析及討論後獲致下列結論:
一、余校長的藝術啟蒙在於幼年時段及求學經驗「人」的影響;在教學及行政階段
的歷練經驗「事」的影響,讓余校長對於藝術教育與行政領導,有其獨特的想法與作法。
二、余校長的領導行為分別是個人魅力層面的主動積極與平易親和;個別關懷層面
的包容接納與體諒關懷;激勵鼓舞層面的重視信任與夥伴團隊;啟發才智層面的知識分
享與樂於教導;建立願景層面的明確目標與建構發展。余校長的領導類型為民主式的領
導,以部屬為中心的領導,團隊型的領導以及轉型領導四種。
依據上述之研究結果,研究者提出對學校行政領導後續研究等方面之建議。

Case Study of Elementary School Principal with background of Art Education on
Style of Administration Leadership

Abstract
This research aims to have a profound examination of principal Yu’s background
and her style of administration leadership. The way used in this research is based on a
specific case, mainly on observation, interviews and data collection of qualitative
research, along with testing tool of questionnaire for evidences of quantitative datum.
The following conclusions were acquired from the analysis and discussions of original
datum of interactive evidences through interviews, observation on vary meetings and
work discussions etc…
1.The people who principal Yu met in her early stage of schooling made her get
interested in art. The experience of teaching and administration made her think and
practice her belief of art and administration leadership in an unique way.
2. Principal Yus leadership behavior is respectively the individual charm stratificat
