摘要兼职教师队伍是民办高校师资队伍的重要组成部分。在国家的相 摘要 兼职教师队伍是民办高校师资队伍的重要组成部分。在国家的相 关政策法规的保护下，我国的民办高校兼职教师队伍建设取得了一定 的成绩。然而民办高校兼职教师也存在着较多的问题，其中最突出的 是兼职教师队伍的规范管理问题。从理论和实证两个层面，阐述了兼 职教师的概念、特征，解释了兼职教师队伍存在的必要性和作用；详 细论述了兼职教师队伍建设取得的成绩和存在的问题，重点论述了民 办高校兼职教师队伍建设的对策与办法。 民办高校应该在高度重视兼职教师队伍建设的基础上，严格民办 高校兼职教师聘用制度，加强兼职教师的岗前培训工作。建立健全民 办高校兼职教师考核评价机制的同时，完善民办高校兼职教师激励机 制。重视民办高校兼职教师德师德考核，建立兼职教师业绩档案，构 建科学有效的教学考核机制；并充分调动学生的积极性，形成民办高 校、兼职教师及学生共同进步与发展的和谐局面。 关键词： 民办高校；兼职教师；规范管理 AbstractThe Abstract The part—time teacher team is the great important part ofthe civilian·run colleges and universities．Under the protection of national co．elated polices and laws，the construction of the part—time teacher team in our civilian-run colleges and universities has gained certain achievements．However,there ale also many problems about the part—time teacher team in our civilian-run colleges and universities，and the standard management of the part—time teacher team is the most prominent problem．This thesis first discusses theoretically and empirically the conception of part—time teacher，its characteristics and the issue of origin；and then the necessity of the existence of the palt-time teacher team，also its functions．After discussing the achievement and existing problem of the construction of the palt-time teacher team particularly,this thesis gives the most prominence to the means and ways to deal with these problems． On the basis of thinking hi曲ly of the construction of the part-time teacher team， our civilian-run colleges and universities should be strict with the using system of the part-time teacher team，strengthen the training work of the part—time teacher team before going to the platform．We should build and perfect the examination and evaluation system ofthe part—time teacher team，then consummate the inspire system． We pay attention to the professional ethic examination of the part—time teacher team； also build achievement file of the part-time teacher team；have scientific and effective teaching examination of the part-ti
