Departm ent of Chem istry of XixiCam pu s, Zhejiang University, H angzhou 310028, China) A bstract: The predecessor bu lk is m ade from the elem entary crudem aterial such as cobalt nitrate, EDTA and so on, w ith them ethod of hydro-thermal syn thesis. Then the predecessor is form ed into the compound oxide of cobalt and ces ium after incineration at h igh temperature. The physical property and structure of the predecessor bulk and product can be detected by som em ethods, for examp le TG- DTA, XRD, SEM and so on.
