山东理r人学坝{：学位论义 山东理r人学坝{：学位论义 摘要 面向大规模定制生产的工艺快速设计的研究 专 业：机械电子工程 研究生：张国海 指导教师；邢建国教授 摘 要 随着信息技术、计算机技术、各种先进制造技术的应用和发展以及全球统 一市场的形成，市场需求趋向多元化、个性化发展，制造企业面临更多更强大 的竞争对手，大批量生产中的刚性的高度自动化生产线，不能适应用户对产品 多样化需求。大规模定制生产(MC)，根据每个用户的特殊要求，用大规模生 产的效益完成定制产品，实现用户个性化和大规模生产的有机结合。传统的工 艺设计系统已不能适应新的生产：模式下复杂多变的制造环境，提高设计的快速 I桐应能力是大规模定制生产对工艺设讨技术提出的迫切要求。 本文较为系统地研究了大规模定制生产下工艺快速设计的方法，将基于实 例的推理方法和特征技术结合起来，利用以解决问题的答案解决新问题，充分 利用了企业的成熟资源，实现工艺的快速设计。在此基础上，丌发了集成化的 CAPP系统。主要研究内容及成果有： 1)以特征技术为基础，将零件的工艺信息集成到几何信息中，实现：【艺、 几何信息的集成，建立了适应工艺快速设计的面向制造的信息模型； 2)根据层次性思想及相似性的基本属性，利用成组工艺，提出了适应工 艺快速设计的层次模型： 3)结合BOM技术，构造了BOM视图映射框架工具平台，在适应CAD／CAM 网络化要求的基础上，实现对产品的项目管理功能，为整个企业产品设计、制 造、管理的信息集成奠定基础； 4)利用CRB方法，对现有工艺进行变型设计，实现工艺的快速设计，对 工艺修改提出了具体的实现算法。 5)丌发了集成化、工具化、实用化的CAPP系统，利用MIDAS技术丌发 C／S／S物理三层管理系统，以适应网络化的要求。 关键词：特征模型，大规模定制生产，变型设计，物料清单 山东挫T人学坝：l一学位论文 山东挫T人学坝：l一学位论文 ABSTRACT The Research of Rapid Process Planning for Mass Customization Specialty：Engineering of Mechatronics Master Candidate：Guohai Zhang Supervisor：Prof．Jianguo Xing Abstract With the application and development of communication technique，computer science and diversified modern manufacturing engineering as well as the form of unitive global market，highly automatic product line for traditional mass production docsn’t meet the diversiform demand to production of the consumers．Mass customization(MC)aims at producing customized products to meet individual customer’s needs with mass production efficiency．With productive manufacturing model changing from large—scale mode to MC mode，conventional CAPP system could not fit to multivariate manufacturing environnlent any longer．The ability of fast response is the insistent requirement of the MC manufacture mode onCAPP In this dissertation，the method of rapid process planning for MC was studied systematically according to case based reasoning(CBR)and feature technic．The rapid process planning was carried out by using the result of the resolved cases and the existing resource A compositive CAPP management system of Client／SerV
