基于ISP技术的单片机开发板的设计 PAGE 16 基于ISP技术的单片机开发板的设计 沈阳航空航天大学 2010年6月 PAGE IV 摘 要 本文设计了具有ISP功能的51单片机开发板，以低廉的成本实现了高档仿真器的大多数功能。该系统可以使初学者迅速掌握单片机原理及应用，熟悉汇编语言和C语言编程。用户不仅可以对源程序进行实时在线调试，而且可以将调试好的程序下载到单片机中，极大的缩短了单片机应用系统的开发时间。 论文主要完成了以下工作：设计STC89C52单片机最小系统；ISP下载编程器，采用MAX232设计上位机与下位机间的串行通信电路，实现可执行文件在线下载到单片机片内Flash中；为增强开发板的用途，设计3×3矩阵键盘，数码管显示电路，LED流水灯电路以及蜂鸣器发声电路等；同时编写了开发板的各功能模块的测试程序。该设计具有成本低、使用方便、可靠性高等优点。 关键词：单片机开发板；在系统可编程（ISP）；串行通信；矩阵键盘 Abstract In the paper, an experiment and training system based on 51 MCU was presented. The emulator functions of the system were realized with low-cost. The new learner can quickly master the principle and application of the 51 MCU with the help of this system, as well as the assemble language and C language. Users not only can debug the source online，but also can download the completed program to the 51 MCU. These are very convenient for the MCU users. The follow tasks were finished in the paper: Design of STC89 single-chip development board is researched.
