Abstract
The real estate industry as a pillar industry of Chinas economic development has made remarkable achievements. At present, the development of the real estate industry appeared temporary slowdown, which is affected by the national macro economic policy. This put forward higher requirements to the real estate developers for scientific decision-making and select good investment income project. Especially in some land development project, which came form the use right of state-owned land sold by auction.
