上海交 上海交通大学工程硕士学位论文 摘要 I I 面向售后工程的汽车产品售后成本控制 摘 要 目前我国已经超越美国成为全球汽车产销量最大的国家,随着汽车保有数量的 增长，汽车市场发展的重心也慢慢的从汽车销售转向了汽车售后服务。相比北美等 发达国家成熟的市场,我国的汽车售后服务仍然处于起步阶段，随着客户知识的不断 积累，客户对汽车有了更深的理解，他们更加关注产品的使用成本,而使用成本中很 大一部分售后维修成本，因此我们在进行产品的设计和开发时也需要更多的考虑产 品的维修成本。在现有的汽车产品开发过程中已经采用并行工程，售后工程师可以 在项目的前期介入产品开发，但是工作的重点仍然主要集中在提高产品的易维修性， 这种情况下，使用一个面向售后工程的汽车产品售后成本控制完成整个产品开发有 着至关重要的作用。 因此，本文从现有的售后工程的工作流程开始梳理，结合现有产品在售后市场 上的竞争力,充分论证了车辆维修成本控制的必要性,并在此基础上提出了基于成本 控制的先期售后工程开发方法。首先对现有售后开发流程进行了展示和分析，并对 售后维修成本的各基本组成进行成本分析,采用产品相似度方法及正态分布的相关 理论对维修成本目标进行设定, 在售后开发的过程中基于事前和事中控制的方法的 对维修成本进行控制及结果验证。最终在在现有汽车产品开发流程中售后开发的流 程和方法上，提出了一个适合于汽车类产品开发的售后成本的控制方法。 最后，文中以上海 P 汽车技术中心 S 项目的售后维修成本分析做为应用案例， 论述了汽车产品先期售后开发的成本控制应用方法，并进一步验证了其可行性和有 效性。 关键词：售后工程、售后开发、目标成本、成本控制 上海交 上海交通大学工程硕士学位论文 ABSTRACT II II Automotive products aftersales cost control for aftersales engineering ABSTRACT At present china has surpassed the US as the global largest automobile sales country, as the volume is increasing, auto market development point also slowly from vehicle sales to aftersales. Compared to the mature markets in US and other developed countries, Chinas automobile aftersales is still in its infancy, with accumulation of the knowledge of the customer, they have a deeper understanding of the car, they pay more attention to the use costs, while the main cost of it is service costs, so that we must consider the service cost during the design and development. Currently concurrent engineering was used in the automobile product development, service engineer could intervene early in the product development, but the focus of the job mainly on improving serviceability, in this case, the automotive products aftersales cost control for aftersales engineering has a critical role to complete the entire product development.
