Through the participation of all staff, improving processes, products, services and corporate culture in order to achieve production of 100% qualified products, to achieve customer satisfaction, in order to gain competitive advantage and long-term success. The existence of private enterprises in China do not improve the management model, management is not standardized, the system is not perfect, weak in their awareness of such issues as lack of education and training. In order to change the status, private enterprises improve the quality of enterprise management capabilities, which can make use of a comprehensive quality management system, strict implementation of total quality management system, strengthen the quality of full awareness, attention to personnel training, quality management and economic benefits will be linked Total Quality Management in the basis, so do the most business management, product quality do the most to improve the competitiveness of enterprises, to achieve customer satisfaction and business benefit to all members and social purposes.
