中文摘要本文以川东山区和川西平原一些地区的农民为主要调查对象，采用“从实际 中文摘要 本文以川东山区和川西平原一些地区的农民为主要调查对象，采用“从实际 现状到理论分析”的方法，通过问卷调查、集体座谈、个别访谈相结合的方式对 落后地区农村道德现状进行了广泛、深入的调查，对当前落后地区农村道德现状 做出了客观的评价，认为改革开放以来，落后地区农民的物质文化生活水平虽得 到了一定的改善和提高，但农民的道德水平却没有得到相应的提升，相反，却出 现了某种“滑坡”现象，道德建设存在着许多不尽如人意，甚至令人忧虑的问题。 由此，笔者从经济、政治、文化、人口等方面分析了形成落后地区农村道德所存 在问题的原因。并在此分析基础上认为，农村道德建设工作任重而道远．当前做 好落后地区农村道德建设工作，首要的是要构建一种有效推进落后地区农村道德 建设的新机制。所谓“道德机制”是指道德活动各个构成要素、组成部分相互协 调、相互促进的联结方式和运作方式。构建进一步推进落后地区农村道德建设的 新机制，具体地讲，就是要及时根据落后地区农村的政治、经济、文化等方面的 制度与传统，制订一个包括教育培养机制、舆论引导机制、管理机制、奖罚机制、 考评机制等五个方面，具有针对性、科学性、系统性、稳定性、可操作性和激励 约束力的道德建设的机制。通过机制建设，进一步推进落后地区农村的道德建设。 关键词： 落后地区 农村 道德建设 机制 调查 分类号： B82 AbstractThis Abstract This study iS based main investigators for farmers from some eastern mountain region and western plain region in Sichuan province．Using the method of ‘‘current condition to theorem”，through questionnaire investigation，collective discussion and combined with individual discussion，the author put up abroad and embedded investigations and present the objective evaluation for the rural morality current condition in these lagging regions，and think that，from the reformation opens， although the material and culture life level of farmers in these regions get certain improvement and increase，their morality level do not get corresponding increase，on the contrary，the morality construction appear the phenomenon of certain‘‘landslide’’ and exist lots of problems unsatisfied and even worried．From here，causes of the rural morality current condition in lagging regions are analyzed from politics， economy，culture，population．．．etc．of country．On the foundation of these analyses，the author think that there is still long way to go in rural morality construction WOrk and the first task in the current work is to promote rural morality construction in lagging regions，SO as to set up valid new morality mechanism．The “morality mechanism’’SO called is the styles of connection and operation of inscapes and components in the morality activities that are coordinated and
