内蒙古科技大学毕业设计说明书（毕业论文） PAGE PAGE 2 大学 本科生毕业设计说明书（毕业论文） 题 目：基于PLC控制的矿井热风机组变频调速系统 PAGE VI 摘 要 本文是以矿井井口温度为研究对象而设计的基于PLC的矿井热风机组变频调速系统，矿井热风控制是井下采、掘行业必不可少的环节，特别是在北方冬季的矿井口，井内的温度状态井口的温度对矿井安全来说非常重要。 本项目就是用于在矿井口通过安放三台热风机，为两用一备，其中一台变频器控制一台风机，每台电机均可工频或者变频运行，工变频转换由转换开关控制。PLC通过井口温度仪表传来数据来控制变频器频率从而控制风机转速，向井口鼓入热风，从而控制井口温度在设定在5度到10度之间。热风是由换热器加热的，当换热器进口温度低于20度的时候，停止风机的运行，并且报警，只有当换热器进口温度高于30度的时候，风机才会启动。当气温较高的时候，2台变频器交替运行，交替时间为两天，当气温较低时，则两台同时运行。交替时间间隔为2天。当一台变频器达到50hz时，启动另一台，当一台变频器频率降到15hz时，则停止另一台。启停顺序为先起先停。 关键词：热风机组；PLC控制；变频调速；仪表 ABSTRACT Wellhead temperature in this paper, based on mine as the research object and design of mine air unit frequency control of motor speed system based on PLC, the mine air control is an essential part of underground mining, digging industry links, especially during the winter in the north of the mine, the borehole temperature state of the wellhead temperature is very important for coal mine safety. When the temperature is higher, the two inverter run alternately, alternate time for two days, when the temperature is low, and the two run at the same time. Alternate time interval for 2 days.
