黄芪多糖对回肠转位术后黄芪多糖对回肠转位术后 2 型糖尿病大鼠疗效及相关生化指标的影响万方数据万方数据 Abstract Objective: To study the effect of astragalus polysaccharides (APS) with ileal transposition (IT) on Goto-kakizaki (GK) rats, then further to explore the influence of this kind of treatment on fasting plasma insulin (FPI) and peptide Glucagon samples-1 (Glucagon like peptide-1, GLP-1) respectively, meanwhile, analysis the relationship between astragaluas polysaccharides (APS) and change of diet, drink, weight, blood glucose level of diabetic rats which are operated by ileal transposition (IT). Methods: 20 normal GK rats were randomly divided into two groups, with 10 rats in each group. Rats in group A underwent the treatment that APS combined with IT, while rats in group B were just operated by IT. For all rats, their changes of diet, drink, and weight would be recorded in this research. Recording the level of fasting plasma insulin and Glucagon like peptide-1 (GLP-1) in each group before and 1, 2, 4, 8, 12 weeks after operation. Result: 1 Within two weeks, compared with the preoperative status, the weight of all rats in two groups decreased significantly (p0.05); after two weeks, the weight of all rats increased gradually, which were heavier than the preoperational level (p0.05); 12 weeks after operation, the weight of rats in group A were much less than that of group B (p0.05). 2 The fasting glucose levels of all rats both in group A and group B were significantly reduced after operation (p0.01); one week after operation, the blood glucose levels of the two groups rats fell sharply, then achieved the lowest level; eight weeks after operation, the level of blood glucose gradually recovered to the normal level but less than the preoperational level, then kept this status until the end of observation period (p0.01); there was no significant difference in blood glucose level between two groups (p0.05) 3 The level of fasting plasma insulin of all rats both in group A and group B rose significantly after op
