摘要 摘要 I I 摘 要 随着知识经济的快速发展，人们迫切需要实现对知识的共享。通过共享已有 的、已公开或者可以部分公开的科研成果、学术论文、专利情报等知识型信息， 将极大提高科研工作的效率，避免不必要的重复工作，同时，避免已有知识成果 的流失，这对科研工作的发展意义重大。 本文将以科研成果管理的信息化为目标，研究 MVC 模式的结构、特点、设计 思想和处理过程。对上海市科委立项的科研成果管理信息化的需求进行分析，对 上海市科委立项的科研成果管理流程进行规范，并对科研成果类型进行全面梳理， 根据需求，设计基于 B/S 模式和 MVC 模式的科研成果电子档案系统。 首先概述上海科研管理的现状，分析其存在的问题，并总归国内外研究现状 提出科研成果电子档案系统的总体构想；然后针对上海科研管理存在的问题对科 研成果电子档案管理系统进行需求分析，主要功能模块包括科研成果基本信息管 理、科研成果查询、科研成果鉴定、科研交流管理、科研成果管理和系统管理等 功能；在此基础上对科研成果基本信息管理、科研成果查询、科研成果鉴定、科 研交流管理、科研成果管理和系统管理等模块功能进行详细设计，并实现数据库 的设计；最后，是科研成果电子档案系统的实现与测试，主要实现科研成果基本 信息管理、科研成果查询、科研成果鉴定、科研交流管理、科研成果管理和系统 管理等模块功能的界面实现，并对系统的性能和功能进行测试，验证系统的可行 性和实用性。 测试证明，科技成果知识共享系统采用数据库、Internet/Intranet 网站、文件服 务器等信息管理技术，可以实现科技成果知识的电子化归档，大大提高了信息交 流和数据收集的效率，将大量纷杂的信息进行有序的组织。从而实现科技成果知 识的高效管理和共享成为可能。 关键词：知识共享，科研，档案管理，MVC 模式 ABSTRACT ABSTRACT II II ABSTRACT With the rapid development of the knowledge economy, there is an urgent need to implement the sharing of knowledge.
