摘要 摘要 I I 摘 要 本课题所设计的旅游电子政务系统是目前新兴的一个业务系统，旅游电子政 务系统可以在很大程度上改变目前现有的电子政务的运作模式，随着 IT 产业的蓬 勃发展，新型科技融入与应用，电子政务系统的应用性显得及其重要，这篇文章 将围绕惠州旅游电子政务的分析和设计做系列的研究和学习。 首先结合惠州市旅游业的电子政务管理的现状来提出需求，结合国内外的旅 游电子政务现状来提出相应的要求，从而进行详细的分析和任务确立，细分和完 善电子政务系统功能需求，建立用例分析和关系，在需求分析的基础上完成项目 任务的确定，细分各个需求需要的功能和需要完成的任务。在完成对旅游电子政 务系统的需求把握之后，需要完成对旅游电子政务系统体系架构和设计。在完成 需求分析和任务的基础上，先完成整套体系的搭建，分模块进行设计和实现，内 容包括完成程序流程的规划和完成各个对象的关系。完成上述两个步骤之后需要 对系统的每个模块进行详细的代码编写工作，代码方面的主要工作包括三个方 面，浏览器端代码的实际编写、web 层接口函数代码的编写、数据库中存储过程 代码的编写工作。最后完成项目，进行旅游电子政务系统各项功能的测试。 旅游电子政务系统建设已经成为当前政府对旅游管理的一个最为重要的信息 管理系统。本课题对旅游电子政务系统的开发集成了当前先进的信息管理技术和 计算机开发技术。通过旅游电子政务系统能够不断的优化政府的组织能力，简化 系统的办公流程，对外可以提供更加透明的旅游电子政务办公的流程。政务信息 公开质量及数量，构建政府网站的公共服务，在建设惠州市的政府门户网站时思 路为以用户为中心，国信办对此评价较好。 关键词：旅游电子政务，IT 技术，信息技术，数据库管理 ABSTRACT ABSTRACT II II ABSTRACT Tourism e-government system is the development of network technology service system, which maximizes the use of the information flow to transform and accelerate the traditional government model.
