Chinas auto insurance started relatively late, the relevant laws and regulations as well as the insurance system is not perfect wait for a problem, leading to a high rate of compensation, compensation dispute, insurance fraud and a series of problems. Through the analysis of the data and the investigation results, found the city of Huzhou auto insurance industry regulatory mechanism is not perfect enough, lead to disorderly competition between automobile industry; development of the insurance industry does not follow to go up the development of the automobile industry, leading to the auto insurance industry service quality is relatively poor; insurance practitioners of moral risk and danger of people rush into danger, to insurance fraud and the three major problems, on the basis of the above research, proposed to strengthen the construction of professional contingent claims, strengthen the legal system propaganda, entrust special orgnaization, strengthen supervision departments in the claim investigation legal system construction and countermeasures.
