PAGE PAGE II 摘　　要 航空售票/订票是航空业务中的一个最基本的业务,从表面上来看,它只是航空业务的一个简单的部分,但是它涉及到资金管理与客户服务等多方面,因此,过去传统的售票已经不能满足现代航空业务流量剧增的客观要求。 本系统——航空售票系统，采用ASP.NET 技术作为创建应用程序的方式，以C＃作为编程语言，采用SQL Server 数据库作为后台数据库。它是基于Browser/Server结构下形成的数据驱动的Web应用程序。不仅能方便旅客，还能节省航空公司的代理费用，加速资金周转。 实现了后台管理员对航空公司、航班和订票信息的维护；前台客户通过注册登陆可以查询航班信息，进行订票和查看自己的购票信息并可以删除管理员未确认的订票信息。同时可以进行购票错误以后的退票信息等功能。 本论文主要涉及软件，数据库与网络技术等。涵盖知识面广，可有效地提高消费者综合运用所学知识分析解决问题的能力，增强消费者对事物的理解与掌握能力，培养消费者掌握科学的研究方法，正确的设计思想，独立思考，勇于进取，探索创新，为今后进一步学习与工作奠定了良好的基础。 关键词 航空售票；ASP.NET；C#；SQL Server数据库； （论文） PAGE 63 Abstract Ticket / booking is the aviation business in the most basic of business, from the face of it, its just a simple air part of the business, but it relates to financial management and customer service and other aspects, therefore, has been the traditional ticket Modern air traffic flow can not meet the objective requirements of surge.
