I I 摘 要 以往对电抗器内表面检测大都采用光纤内窥镜进行检测。该种检测方法主要有三 个方面的问题:一是时间长,二是画面不稳定,三是容易引起视觉疲劳,产生漏检。 本论文设计了一种基于 DSP+CPLD 架构的空心电抗器内表面检测器的内窥探头控制 系统,如果内窥探头运动不稳定,会影响探头相机的成像效果,因此本设计提出了一 种基于自适应宽速细分的电机控制算法,解决了步进电机在低速运行时可能产生抖动 的问题,同时,文中还设计了基于光栅尺的闭环内窥探头精确定位方法,并在所设计 的硬件平台下完成了上述算法的验证。论文主要工作如下: 1.简要介绍了步进电动的特性,建立了内窥探头的运动模型,为步进电机的选择 提供了理论依据,针对步进电机运动特性,提出了一种自适应宽速细分的步进电机驱 动方法,通过分析表明,该方法可以较好的控制步进电机的运动。 2.设计了基于 FPGA+DSP 架构的电机控制硬件平台,平台采用 USB2.0 接口与上位 机通信。在此硬件平台上,采用 C 语言完成了自适应细分算法的实现,并采用 VHDL 语 言完成电机驱动时序的设计。 3.电抗器内表面检测器的内窥探头控制系统进行了实验,证明了该系统可稳定的 工作。 关键字:电抗器 控制系统 自适应 步进电机 算法 II II ABSTRACT This kind of detection method is mainly three problems: Firstly, working time is long, secondly, the picture is unstable, and thirdly,it is likely to cause visual fatigue. Present an endoscopic probe control system of a air core reactor inner surface the detector on DSP+CPLD architecture in this paper. In case the endoscope probe movement is not stable, it will affect the imaging effect of probe camera,so present a motor control algorithm based on the wide speed adaptive subdivision to solve the stepper motor at low speed jitter problem. At the same time design an accurate positioning method of endoscopic probe,and complete the algorithm in the designed hardware platform.The main work is as follows: Introduce the characteristics of stepping motor briefly, establish the motion model of endoscopic probe, and provides a theoretical basis for the selection of the stepper motor, propose an adaptive wide speed subdivision of the stepping motor driving method on stepper motor movement characteristics, give the simulation of the algorithm in MATLAB, and obtain the simulation results. Design the hardware platform of motor control based on FPGA+DSP architecture. The platform uses the USB2.0 interface with the host computer communication. On this hardware platform , using C language to complete the implementation of adaptive subdivision algorithm, and complete the design of motor drive timing by using VHDL language. Check
