第 PAGE 4 页 摘要 对于大型公共场所的各种突发事件来说，能否在事发后及时有效的进行安全疏散是至关重要的，否则将会造成严重的人员伤亡，严重威胁公众的生命安全。学校的教学楼是人员非常集中的场所，由于学校教学楼开放的安全通道有限，加上缺少合理的人员疏散方案，造成师生上下课时的楼道拥堵。这样一旦发生险情，就容易造成严重的人员伤亡。对于不同类型的建筑物，人员疏散问题的处理办法有较大的区别，在文章中分析了大型建筑物内人员疏散的特点及典型疏散模型，结合我校大楼教学楼的结构形式设定火灾场景人员的安全疏散，对教学楼的典型的火灾突发事件场景作了分析，并对该建筑物中人员疏散的设计方案做出了初步评价，用一种在人流密度较大的建筑物内，火灾中人员疏散时间的计算方法对教学大楼人员安全疏散的时间进行了计算，并对该教学楼的安全疏散提出有益的见解建议。 关键词: 高校教学楼,安全疏散,疏散模型,疏散方案 Abstract For all kinds of unexpected events of large public places, whether in the timely and effective safety evacuation is essential, otherwise it will cause serious casualties, a serious threat to public safety. The school teaching building is very concentrated place, as school buildings open secure channel is limited ,and with the lack of reasonable evacuation plan, resulting in teacher-student class corridor congestion. So once accident occurs, it is easy to cause serious casualties. For different types of buildings, processing methods of evacuation has great difference, this paper is to analyze the characteristics and typical staff in large building evacuation evacuation model, safety evacuation combined structure of our school building teaching building design fire personnel, typical fire emergency scene of the teaching building is analyzed, and makes a preliminary evaluation of the design scheme of the evacuation in buildings, a building larger crowd density in the draw, calculation methods of evacuation time in fire, and the teaching building of the safe evacuation of some valuable opinions for advice.
