内容摘要:纺织服装业是中国重要的支柱行业,其巨额的贸易顺差是中国外汇收入和资金积累的重要来源。然而,近年来,迫于各种政治与经济压力,人民币发生了显著的升值势头。人民币升值给中国纺织服装产品出口带来诸多影响,积极面与消极面并存,以及国内市场不断扩大和国内生产配套能力不断提高,中国利用外资仍将保持稳步增长。尤其是,由于存在人民币升值的预期,国际投机性资本等各种资金会继续通过各种渠道涌入中国,中国外汇供过于求、外汇储备不断增加的趋势难以改变,这构成了人民币升值最直接和持续的压力。使中国纺织企业的恶性竞争愈演愈烈并且造成了直接汇兑损失。因此,深入探讨造成这种局面的原因以及应采取怎样的应对措施,已经刻不容缓,也是本文旨在研究的重点。本文通过对中国纺织服装业的现状分析,以及人民币自汇改以来的走势,来研究人民币升值对中国纺织服装业出口的影响,并在此基础上提出相应的有针对性的对策与措施,以此来解决人民币升值对中国纺织服装业出口所带来的不利影响。 关键词:人民币升值 纺织服装出口 影响与对策 Abstract:The textile and garments industry plays an important role in China’s national economy. Its tremendous trade surplus is the main source of China’s exchange income and capital accumulation. Nevertheless, forced by some political and economical pressure in recent years, RMB have been greatly appreciated. The RMB appreciation leads bulks of impacts to China’s textile and garments industry, positive aspects included as well as negative ones. All these effects have brought out growingly vicious competition and caused direct exchange loses. Therefore, it is critical to have a survey on the reasons and countermeasures of this problem, which is also my purpose here. Through the analysis of not only the existing situation of the textile and garments industry in China, but also the tendency of the exchange rate of RMB, meanwhile,finding out the influences which impacts on the export of the textile and garments in China. Then, we will put forward relevant policies and countermeasures on the basis of it. And hope to solve and promote the influences of the appreciation of RMB on the export of the textile and garments in China.
