According to the forecast of ShenyinWanguo Securities, Chinas scale of supply chain finance would reach 6.9 billion, developing at a rate of 20%. Supply chain finance has become a very effective method to solve the financing difficulty of medium-sized and small enterprises. As one of the most significant innovations in the financial are, supply chain do help to solve this problem. In addition, it not only helps to advance the service of banks, but also enhance the quantity of supply chain management. Supply chain finance has been one of the major ways for medium-sized and small enterprises to fund. Basing on the background mentioned above, this paper focuses on supply chain. First, author introduces the recent development of supply chain finance. Second, author introduces the supply chain financial products of Shenzhen Development Bank Ping An Bank , including three kinds of funding model:advance payment,merchandise inventory and accounts receivable. After that, this paper discusses the risks of these models so that we could give some suggestions to Shenzhen Development Bank Ping An Bank to manage financial risk. Author hopes to offer some ideas to control and manage the risks existing in the supply chain transactions,and to help supply chain finance to get a further use in solving the medium-sized and small enterprises difficulty of financing.
