PAGE 本科生毕业设计说明书（毕业论文） 题目：十吨蒸汽锅炉计算机-PLC控制系统 十吨蒸汽锅炉计算机-PLC控制系统 摘要 蒸汽锅炉是工业生产蒸汽的专用设备。设计十吨蒸汽锅炉计算机—PLC控制系统，系统设计、硬件电路设计及选型、软件设计是十分重要的。本设计根据生产工艺的要求，对其辅助设备具体包括（炉排、引风机、鼓风机、补水泵、出渣机、上煤机）进行了逐一设计。 对于系统的设计，补水泵根据汽包液位进行闭环变频控制，炉排、鼓风机、引风机采用开环变频控制（有必要的连锁）。对于硬件电路设计及选型，采用了西门子公司的包括工业控制器S7-300PLC、MM430风机、水泵类变频器，还有红旗牌子的传感、变送器及数字显示仪表。软件设计包括PLC软件编程、变频器内部调参、组态王组态画面设计。经设计基本实现了生产工艺过程及对控制系统的要求，及设计要求。 关键字:PLC，变频器，西门子 Ten tons of steam boiler - PLC computer control system Abrstract Steam boiler is the industrial production of special equipment. Design ten tons of steam boiler - PLC control system, computer system design, hardware circuit design and type selection, design of software is very important. This design according to the requirement of the production process of the auxiliary equipment including (grate, induced draft fan, blower, water pump, slag machine, coal) for each design. To the design of the system, a closed-loop variable frequency control pump according to the steam drum level, grate, blower, draught fan adopts open-loop frequency control chain (necessary). For hardware circuit design and type selection, including of the adopted Siemens industrial controller S7-300 PLC, MM430 fan, water pump frequency converter, and the red flag brand sensor, transducer and digital display instrument. Software design includes internal tuning parameter, frequency converter, PLC software programming kingview configuration design picture. Basically achieved the design, production process and requirement for control system and the design requirements.
