浅析绿色包装壁垒的应对策略——广东等沿海企业的调查分析毕业论文 PAGE 毕 业 论 文 （设 计） 题 目 浅析绿色包装壁垒的应对策略 ——广东等沿海企业的调查分析 英文题目A brief analysis to the strategy of the Green package barrier ——The investigation and analysis to Littoral enterprise in Guangdong province 摘 要 加入WTO后，绿色壁垒开始在外贸领域引起越来越多人的关注。联合国统计数据表明：90%的美国人、89%的德国人和84%的荷兰人在购买物品时都会考虑到产品的环保标准，绿色贸易成为了当今世界对外贸易的发展趋势，它在保护了环境、提高了人的生活质量的同时，却带来了一种新的绿色贸易壁垒。作为世界上最大的发展中国家，我国在环境标准制定实施及资金投入、环境技术水平等方面与发达国家存在较大的差距，所以绿色壁垒严重阻碍了我国商品出口，绿色包装制度也已成为发达国家设置绿色标准的主要内容之一。据有关资料统计，我国因包装问题每年减少外汇收入约10%，其中相当一部分是因包装不符合绿色要求造成的。因此，大力发展绿色包装已刻不容缓。 【关键词】绿色包装；绿色包装壁垒；“4R1D”原则；ISO14000认证 Abstract After joining the WTO, the green barrier starts to arouse more and more peoples’ attention. in foreign trade domain。According to the data provided by the United Nations, 90% of the Americans, 89% of Germans, 84% of the Dutchmen take environmental protection standard into consideration when buying an article. Green trade has become the developing trend in the world trade. While it having protected the environment, improved the quality of life, a new kind of green trade barrier has actually been brought .As the largest developing country in the world, there is a great disparity between our country and the western developed countries in the formulation and implementation of environmental standard, therefore the green barrier hinds the export of our commodity more and more. The green packing system has also become one of the contents in establishing the green standard in many developed countries. According to pertinent data statistics，our country lose 10% percent of its foreign currency owing to the problem of package, a great part of which is caused by failing to conform to the requirement of green packaging.
