The mobile phase was ammonium acetate aqueous solution-methanol by gradient elution at 1.00 mL/min. The eluation was monitored by UV detector at 230 nm at first 9 mins and 254nm later. The recoveries were 98.3%~102.4% and the relative standard deviations (RSD) were gwnerally below 3.0%.. The result showed that it was a rapid and accurate method for
