聊城大学本科毕业论文（设计） 聊城大学本科毕业论文（设计） 本科生毕业论文(设计) 题 目： 城市公共交通的优先发展研究 摘　要 交通、环境与能源的巨大压力，使优先发展公交从理念逐步转变成政府的公共政策乃至具体行动。传统公交存在结构性缺陷，导致公交服务水平长期徘徊不前，严重阻碍了公共交通的发展。积极稳妥的推进城市公交建设，是全面提升公交服务品质，满足现代居民出行多元化、高质化需求，构造居民合理出行方式结构，应对城市交通、环境与能源危机，实现城市可持续发展的重要手段。文章是以各城市市目前的交通状况为背景分析了交通中存在的主要问题及其原因。结合城市实际情况，分析城市空间结构与交通供求之间的矛盾，以及博弈论在选择交通方式中的运用，重点放在对“公交优先”意义的理论分析之上。通过分析城市是否应大力发展城市公共交通，得出“公交优先”即大力发展城市公共交通，是解决城市交通问题的最佳途径的结论，并提出了促进公交优先发展的思路，以期为促进城市经济发展，加快城市化进程提供一些参考。实现“公交优先”是优化交通结构、缓解交通拥挤问题的有效方法，是交通需求管理的积极措施之一。优先发展公共交通，可以加快城市化进程；缓解交通压力；节能和环保；增加就业的需要；它最符合最广大群众的根本利益；为了推进“公交优先”，应该尽快建立健全相应的法律法规，以确保“公交优先”的顺利进行；完善企业资金取向；加大基础设施建设，引入公交优先专用道，加快场站建设；改革管理体制，引入智能交通等先进技术；完善城市整体公共交通的服务质量，提高公共交通对市民的吸引力；“公交优先”的实现也有赖于市民的广泛关注和参与。 关键词：城市公共交通；公交优先；交通结构；博弈论 Abstract Because of tremendous pressure of transportation,environment and energy,the idea of thecity bus priority turns into the public policy.then into the specific actionin the government.Traditional public transport that has a structural defect is resulting in long-term stagnant level of public transport services, has seriously hindered the development of public transport.
