PAGE PAGE 5 Abstract The perspective of Marxist literary criticism is an important object of the study of literary and artistic fields. The research on the relationship between the perspective generated of Marxist literary criticism and the classics of ancient Greece, is of great significance to reveal the historical heritage of Marxist literary criticism and the continuation of its future development. The first part analyzes the perspective generation of literary criticism and Marxs personal experience and the social environment during the process of his growth ,from which explores the relationship between literary criticism perspective and the society; the second part ,through commenting on Marx’s criticism to Lassalle plays, leads up to the research into the relationship between the Marxist literary criticism perspective and the ancient Greek tragedy; the third part analyzes the relationship between Marxist literary criticism and the ancient Greek myth classics. Then comes the conclusion that Marxist literary criticism is of great significance to the development of literature and art. It is also pointed out that, due to different factors, further researches are needed to Marxist literary criticism.
