输液港在乳腺癌患者中的应用及常见问题和护理对策 东南大学医学院附属江阴医院乳房甲状腺外科江苏江阴214400 【摘 要】目的：探讨静脉输液港在乳腺癌化疗患者中的应用及常见问题及 对策护理，旨在提高护理技能。方法：对例乳腺癌患者植入输液港，进行维护宣 教护理，对岀现的问题、对策进行总结。结果：M7例患者中，植入置管失败1 例，置管成功率为99.1%。7例出现并发症，发生率为5.9%。近期并发症4例， 其中术后气胸1例、注射座翻转1例、导管滑脱入静脉1例、局部淤血、切口渗 血I例；远期并发症3例，其中切口感染2例、导管夹闭综合征1例。其他包括 锐器伤1例、回抽无回血5例。结论：加强医务人员规范化培训、穿刺植入前对 患者进行全面评估和提高置管医牛的穿刺技术有利于减少近期并发症的发牛；植 入后的精心护理可有效减少临床应用远期并发症的发牛。静脉输液港是肿瘤患者 安全而有效的中心静脉输液途径，值得临床推广使用。 【关键词】输液港；乳腺癌；问题；护理 【中图分类号】R47 【文献标识码】A 【文章编号】176牛8999 (2015) 7-0712-02 Infusion port application and comm on problems in breast can cer patie nts and the nursing countermeasures Ji Lijun (In 214400, the Jiangsu Jiangyin, Jiangyin Hospital Affiliated to Southeast University School of Medicine , breast and thyroid surgery,) 【Abstract] Objective： Discuss the application of intravenous infusion port in patie nts with breast can cer chemotherapy and comm on problems and countermeasures of nursing, aims to improve nursing skills. Method： In 82 cases of breast cancer patients implanted infusion port, maintenance mission nursing, to summarize the problems, countermeasures. Results : 117 cases of patients, implanted catheter in 1 case, failure tube after the success rate was 99.1%. 7 cases of complications, the rate of 5.9%.
