Seventeenth Times Conference stressed to keep to the new path of industrialization with Chinese characteristics. Eighteenth Times Conference advanced brought forth to keep to the Chinese-style path of carrying out industrialization in a new way and advancing IT application, urbanization and agricultural modernization, thus promoting harmonized development of industrialization, IT application, urbanization and agricultural modernization. For this reason, in 2011, Sichuan province has published “Opinions on Accelerating the Interactive Development of New Industrialization and New Urbanization”. Also, in 2011, Mianyang city has published “Opinions of CPC of Mianyang and Peoples Government of Mianyang City on Accelerating the Interactive Development of new industrialization of new urbanization”. Since 2011, the interactive development of “new industrialization of new urbanization” has become a great strategic decision importantly implemented of Mianyang. The thesis will study the relationship between new industrialization of new urbanization from the connotation of new industrialization and new urbanization and its interactive development; analyze the inevitability of its interactive development from theory of “Marxism Urban-rural Coordinative Development”, the requirement of the practical development of Mianyang’s economy and society construction and the foreign and internal successful experience of interaction of new industrialization and new urbanization; analyze the condition and existing problem of the interactive development of new industrialization and new urbanization of Mianyang city from three aspects of new industrialization, new urbanization and its interactive development; as well as point out the practicable countermeasures from thre
