硕士学位论文科学发展观视野中的以人为本理念 硕士学位论文 科学发展观视野中的以人为本理念 要 坚持以人为本的科学发展观，是新一代领导集体提出的科学发展理念。而对 以人为本理论的研究也成了当前理论界研究的热点，本文试图从唯物史观角 度解释以人为本，探讨科学发展观视野中的以人为本理念，目的是澄清人们对以 人为本认识上的偏差，全面把握科学发展观的内容和要求，更好地解决社会发 展进程中涉及到的人的问题二本文内容主要分以下四部分= 第一部分，通过对传统发展观的回顾和梳理，反思了传统发展观存在的问题 及其原因，分析了科学发展观形成的社会背景，揭示了科学发展观确立的历史和 现实必然性，并认为，科学发展观的确立历程也是逐步凸显社会发展与人的全面 发展相结合的进程。 第二部分，从唯物史观的角度解释以人为本的科学含义，并辨证分析了以人 为本理念的历史渊源，指出，以人为本的理念是对我国传统民本思想和西方人本 主义思想的扬弃，是对马克思主义人的发展理论的继承和发展。 第三部分，从科学发展观的视角，探讨了社会全面、协调、可持续发展中的 以人为本意蕴，具体分析了在实现社会全面、协调、可持续发展过程中体现以人 为本理念的基本要求和内容，并指出，以人为本理念是贯穿于科学发展观的核心 内容。 第四部分，从理论与实践的结合上，分析了在构建社会主义和谐社会过程中， 凸显以人为本理念，体现以人为本要求。并指出，从现实的人出发，协调好人与 自然的发展、人与社会的发展、人与人关系的统一是实现社会全面、协调、可持 续发展的基本途径。 关键词: 科学发展观以人为本入本主义人的全面发展和谐社会 3 I哥、士学位论文 科学发展观视野中的以人为本理念 Abstract The concept of scientific development putted forward by the new generation of leader group means to insist the idea of human-oriented. The human-oriented has been to a hot researching topic for the current theoretical researchers. In the article， the human-oriented is attempted to be explained from the angle of historical materialism and then to explore the idea of human-oriented from the angle of the concept of scientific development. The aim of the article is to unveil the deviation of the error cognition about it so as to make people grasp the content of scientifìc development and then better solve the problem about human which ìs referred during the process of social development. There are main four parts ìn this article: In the first part ，the traditional concept of development and its problem from historical angle are analyzed ，through which the historic and realistic necessity of the concept is revealed.
