This article will present situation of coal enterprises down the theoretical framework of social responsibility into the study, obtained the contents of corporate social responsibility of coal, then make a clear classification of the coal business stakeholders, come to the dimensions of corporate social responsibility of coal.in this based, build out of the evaluation system of corporate social responsibility of coal enterprises, use this measure of corporate social responsibility discharge conditions, from the screening questions, and then in the extensive collection of information, focused on research, give the ii ii iii solutions to this problem , ultimately promote the coal companies to better take on resource conservation, environmental protection, safety production, pay attention to human rights, social responsibility, provide a stable energy infrastructure better for building a harmonious society .
